1. Website information
This website describes our company and the categories we supply. Prices, stock, photographs and specifications shown here are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. The item, specification, price and lead time in our quotation and in the order confirmed by both parties govern.
2. Enquiries and quotations
- Please give the IMPA code, item number, model, quantity and required date. Where information is incomplete we quote against what can be confirmed.
- Quotations state the currency, whether tax is included, the trade term (EXW, FOB, CIF and so on) and the validity period.
- Exchange rates, raw material and freight costs may move; after the validity period the price is confirmed again at the time of order.
3. Orders and contract
- An order is formed on written confirmation — email confirmation, a stamped purchase order or a signed contract.
- The item, specification, quantity, unit price, delivery date, packing and documents confirmed by both parties govern performance and acceptance.
- Matters not agreed are handled according to industry practice and applicable law.
4. Delivery and risk
- Lead time runs from order confirmation, receipt of any required payment and receipt of complete technical information.
- Delivery to the vessel can be arranged at the major Chinese ports; other ports are quoted against the actual berth or anchorage.
- Risk and costs pass according to the trade term agreed in the order.
- Neither party is liable for delay caused by force majeure — typhoon, port closure, strike, epidemic, war and similar events — provided the other party is notified promptly.
5. Quality, acceptance and returns
- Goods are supplied to the brand, specification and packing agreed in the order; items from authorised channels can be accompanied by manufacturer or supplier documents.
- Please inspect on receipt. Any shortage, damage or deviation should be raised in writing within 7 working days with photographs or an inspection record; we will check and then replace, exchange or refund.
- Goods made to order (custom slings, special specifications) cannot be returned unless defective.
6. Payment and invoices
- Bank details, currency and payment terms are as confirmed in the order. Payment to a third party or a change of bank details is not accepted without written confirmation.
- If an invoice is required, please give the company name and tax number in the order.
- Overdue payment may affect the delivery schedule of later orders.
7. Intellectual property
- The text, photographs, layout and material on this website belong to us or the respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
- Third-party brand names and marks appear only to describe the goods supplied; rights remain with the brand owners.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website. Where we are liable, liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
- This website may link to third-party sites; their content and security are the responsibility of that third party.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are first discussed in good faith; if no settlement is reached, they are submitted to the competent court in Shanghai.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated and take effect from the date the update is published on this page.
